Support for Returning to Work After Childcare Leave
A seminar for employees returning to work from childcare leave
Since 2013 we have held "Returning to Work After Childcare Leave" seminars for employees who have returned to work after childcare leave within the last year, or who are currently taking childcare leave. By holding these seminars, we are providing information for personnel-who we hope will continue to make an active contribution after their return to work-to understand the attitude needed to achieve a balance between work and childcare, methods for dealing with issues often faced by employees returning to work after childcare leave, and opportunities for interaction with other employees in similar situations. We also hold seminars for managers with subordinates who are returning to work after childcare leave. We coach our managers in methods for dealing with worries and concerns often faced by returnees, for helping to increase their motivation and make maximum use of their abilities, and for providing support to help shape their future careers.
Holding of Lunchtime Meetings for Child-Raising Employees
During fiscal 2014, we held lunchtime meetings for mothers and fathers on a monthly basis, in order to provide opportunities for exchanging information on methods for successfully balancing work and childcare.

Office Tours for Family Members
Since 2008, we have held "Take your Family to Work Day!" office tours for family members during summer vacation periods. By having family members see our employees' workplaces and watch them in action, we aim to deepen their understanding towards the company, our work, and the IT industry.

Supporting Balance of Work and Caregiving
A seminar for balancing work and caregiving responsibilities
In addition to establishing caregiving-related schemes, we are also investing our energies into activities to develop an appropriate corporate culture/atmosphere and raise awareness, such as by holding seminars for balancing work with caregiving responsibilities.
