As an integrated solutions provider, we offer clients the optimal services across all phases of the IT life cycle, from front-line backbone systems development and open systems large-scale platform configuration through outsourcing services employing data center operations. Hardware, middleware and applications are being successively developed on the UNIX, Windows and Linux open system OS platforms. CTC has accumulated technologies and expertise to integrate various product types on any of these three platforms and configure them as one system.
 A major technology hub for the Company, the center houses many engineers, who drive CTC's development expertise. Equipped with the latest development equipment, tight security, and an amenable network environment, this facility functions as a support in the creation of new client solutions.
 In addition, the rearguard to support systems configuration is provided by the Technical Solution Center (TSC) and Quality Control Center (QCC).
TSC collaborates with vendor partner enterprises to conduct multivendor environment technology inspection and verification in response to customer demands. The results of TSC's verification can be utilized at the time of systems introduction for the speedy provision of optimal systems. Moreover, we carry out strict shipment and acceptance inspections based on CTC original quality guidelines to facilitate smooth inception of services for clients.
 CTC's target is not simply to be a systems provider, but be a good management partner to our clients. Our clients' businesses grow and change daily.

Swift and accurate support services

To ensure that our services deliver safety and security to clients, we provide diverse high-quality maintenance and operation services utilizing the CTC Group's unique experience and the latest technologies.
We operate a Customer Support Center (CSC) to provide consolidated management for overall support services, including customer enquires and claims.
Through approximately 100 maintenance sites nationwide, we have established a service system that operates 24 hours, 365 days a year. Further, our customer engineers and other technical staff collaborate with account executives to share client information, which allows us to adopt systems that provide consistent services, in turn enabling development of customer-based business.
Furthermore, we are also our reinforcing services through Service Account Management (SAM), which extends beyond the maintenance of individual products to provide overall system support to clients.

Our Data Center is a robust facility based on the very latest technology that enables us to operate client IT systems safely. It unites the CTC Group in providing onestop total outsourcing solutions that span consulting, product procurement, system configuration, system operation and Internet-related services. One of Japan's largest such facilities in terms of floor area, the Data Center is established at a safe site, strategically selected for low risks from disasters, electromagnetic radiation and environmental hazards, and equipped with strict entry and exit security systems.
We operate systems entrusted to us by clients in a safe and effective manner, through online response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in a fully equipped a high-safety, -reliability and -quality network connection environment, with a wealth of multivendor operating experience, an array of services and support through system engineers responsible for customer accounts.
