We encourage closely-knit cooperative efforts between business groups and divisions, with the aim of offering services that support our clients across all phases of the IT life cycle; through sharing of operational and service business resources (focused primarily around our data centers) and cross-divisional deployment of sophisticated operational know-how (primarily in the field of distribution).
IT Services Group is a company-wide, cross-divisional organization that consolidates a wide range of resources such as data centers, clouds, security and Big Data; carrying out everything from planning & development to sales promotions of total/integrated services, and supporting the activities of sales representatives and engineers from other business groups.

Distribution & Enterprise Group
The Distribution & Enterprise Group offers total solutions utilizing the total capabilities of the CTC Group to clients in industrial fields such as manufacturing, media, services, automotive, distribution, food products & wholesale, transport and lifestyle consumables.
In the case of manufacturing industry oriented solutions, in addition to infrastructure building/configuration and systems development, we are also advancing cloud integration via the introduction of service models such as IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) in order to build globally-conscious infrastructure backbones, and introducing new models of service provision such as consulting and hybrid cloud technologies; offering the most optimal solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
In the field of distribution, we offer total services covering everything from maintenance and operation to cloud, data center and outsourcing services, with a central focus on the systems development business; including the development of core backbone systems supporting the global activities of general trading companies, and in-store systems at the convenience stores and gas stations that have now become an important part of our social infrastructure.
The Telecommunication Group offers mission critical, high-difficulty system building services such as large-scale networks and databases, high-volume transaction handling and load-distributed processing for major telecommunications carriers, broadcasters, CATV (Cable Television), ISPs (Internet Service Providers), IDCs (Internet Data Centers), OTT (Over-The-Top) and other service providers.
In recent years, we have focused our energies into traffic processing technologies so support the use of smartphones. We are also advancing our own cloud services (SaaS), and proactively developing and deploying various other services, including secure e-mail, storage and telematics services.
Public & Regional Business Group
Through its divisional headquarters and two regional offices, the Public & Regional Business Group offers total solutions covering everything from planning proposals to product sales, systems development and building/configuration, maintenance and operation, cloud, data center and outsourcing services utilizing the total capabilities of the CTC Group (including each of the Group companies), to central government agencies and local governments, educational/academic institutions, companies, etc., located in the Greater Tokyo area as well as the Northern Japan, Chubu (Central Japan) and Nishi-Nihon (Western Japan) regions.
Finance & Social Infrastructure Group
The Finance & Social Infrastructure Group offers total solutions covering everything from planning proposals to product sales, systems development and building/configuration, maintenance and operation, cloud, data center and outsourcing services to clients in the financial and public interest fields.
In the field of finance, in addition to offering domestic systems development and global expansion/deployment support to megabanks, we are also focusing our energies into expanding our business into other areas, such as the development of backbone systems and contact centers for credit card companies. In the public interest field, which includes postal services, electrical power and other services underpinning social infrastructure, we are advancing our provision of services primarily focused around large-scale infrastructure business.
IT Services Group
The IT Services Business Group offers outsourcing services (including cloud services) focusing primarily around data centers, as well as high quality maintenance and operational support services that make effective use of the CTC Group's unique experience and the latest technologies to deliver both safety and peace of mind for client systems.
The group also communicates information regarding core, cross-divisional technologies and solutions to other business groups and divisions within the company, trains and develops human resources who can contribute to the enhancement of the latest cutting-edge technologies, and provides technical support for various projects.
Through close-knit cooperation with the various other business groups and CTC Group companies, the IT Services Business Group provides total support services across all phases of the IT life cycle.
Advanced IT Strategy Group
The Advanced IT Strategy Group offers the formulation of new business models and creation of real services through discovery and creation of advanced technologies and new utilization of existing technologies.
In the science and engineering business domain, services range from analytical consulting to systems development, sales and maintenance support. We offer high level of expertise in a wide range of fields, from manufacturing-related engineering solutions to nuclear power; including renewable energy-related services and initiatives to extend the service life of social infrastructure.
