4. Copyrights, Trademarks
Reversion of Copyright
All copyrights on articles, photographs, illustrations, voices and other elements published on the Site shall vest solely to CTC and its licensors. For this reason, reprinting, reproducing, broadcasting, public transmission, translation, sale, or rental of any of these works is strictly prohibited, and requires CTC's prior written approval.
Reversion of Trademarks
Any and all product names, service names, logos and other elements published on the Site are CTC's or its licensor's trademarks. Other companies' company names, product names, service names, logos and other elements are their own trade names, trademarks or registered trademarks. Any use of those is strictly prohibited, and requires CTC's or such other holder's prior written approval.
5. Prohibitions
Any of the following is prohibited in using the Site.

- CTC may revise or delete any information on the Site without prior notice.
- CTC may interrupt or terminate the management or operation of the Site without prior notice at any time.

10. Legal Procedures and Jurisdiction
The Site and these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Site and these Terms, that cannot be resoled or settled between the parties concerned, shall be brought and submitted exclusively to TOKYO DISTRICT COURT.
