The Kobe Computer Center is a choice for enterprises that feel that a backup site distanced more than 500km away is just right for them. Needless to say, the East and West Centers are interconnected for thorough backup services. We also provide office work space in cases of emergency.
Hot Site Service
We provide exclusive offices and computer rooms at our highly reliable, safe and secure Data Center to ensure our customer operations remain uninterrupted. Customers can immediately use these services upon arrival at the Data Center in the event of disaster.
Cold Site Service
We provide exclusive offices and computer rooms at our highly reliable, safe and secure Data Center to ensure our customer operations remain uninterrupted. Customers can use these services upon arrival at the Data Center and PC, network and phone line setup.
Mirror Site Service
We maintain a mirror copy of the customer's system at our highly reliable, safe and secure Data Center. The data is also constantly updated over the network. The customer can instantly switch over to the mirror system in case of disaster to maintain interrupted operations.
Tape Storage Service
We store customer backup tapes in storage complete with air conditioning, flame-retardant and fire-extinguishing facilities.
Disk Storage Service
We provide customer exclusive disks to store backup data.
DRC Consulting Service
We provide consultation services on DRC plant and facilities, as well as infrastructural implementation, planning and operations.
