Phone contact is made in addition to automated mail notice of the alert event. The user also receives a trouble report by mail, at the same time. The monthly report features the trouble type, date/time of trouble, trouble remedies and work status. |

Primary Measures Against Failure |

If there is any troubleshooting,
CTC assesses the situation on behalf of the user to reboot the system by command, restart application, replace the equipment, replace the disk, identify the source of trouble and other primary measures against failure. CTC also contacts the maintenance and repair services at the user's request and keeps the user updated of the current state, at all times. |

Periodical Operations |

We replace tapes, reboot systems and provide periodical support services, on behalf of the user. |
