ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Tatsushi Shingu, President and CEO; hereinafter “CTC”) revised the “CTC Group Corporate Philosophy”, aiming for further growth in the future, and the revision became effective as of August 1, 2024.

The earth depicted with 20 colored dots represents the overlapping image between
the ever-changing world for diversity and the diversity of CTC and our willingness to take on new challenges.
Since its establishment in 1972, we, CTC, have continued to take on the challenges of global changes in collaboration with partners in Japan and overseas, spreading cutting-edge technologies throughout the society and providing optimal solutions to our customers. As the world and CTC continue to change, we have updated our CTC Group Corporate Philosophy to renew our resolve for taking on further challenges after passing the milestones of our 50th anniversary in 2022 and the privatization in 2023.
The new corporate philosophy clarifies the meaning of Challenging Tomorrow's Changes and simply expresses the CTC Group's resolution to “challenge” ourselves to better serve the society.
