    Outstanding Organization of KENKO Investment for Health

    Under the Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Recognition Program, the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council) jointly recognize enterprises that practice excellent health and productivity management.
    On March 9, 2026, CTC was certified as a 2026 Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category) in recognition of our health management initiatives to actively integrate workplace wellness into our core business-management strategy. This marks the 10th consecutive year of being awarded this recognition.

    8th NIKKEI Smart Work Management Survey

    CTC earned a 4-star rating in the 8th Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey, which selects leading companies that are taking on the challenge of revolutionizing productivity through workstyle reforms. The survey has been conducted by Nikkei Inc. since 2017 for listed companies and leading unlisted companies throughout Japan. This survey defines efforts to maximize organizational performance based on the following three elements as "Smart Work Management": realization of diverse and flexible work styles, systems to create new businesses etc., and capability to develop new markets, and assesses these companies on a 5-star scale.

    "Platinum Kurumin" Certification for Companies Supporting Working Parents

    The Kurumin mark is a certification granted to companies that implement action plans based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children to achieve their goals and meet certain standards, recognizing them as exemplary child-raring support companies.
    CTC was awarded the "Platinum Kurumin" Certification on November 17, 2025.
    We will continue to enhance our initiatives and strive to become an attractive company where employees find fulfillment in their work.

    "Eruboshi Certification" based on the Act on Promotion of Women’s Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

    The Eruboshi Certification is based on "the Act on Promotion of Female Participation and Advancement in the Workplace" and is awarded to companies that meet certain standards and have excellent conditions for empowering women in the workplace. The evaluation for certification is conducted based on a 3-level scale according to the number of items that satisfy the five criteria (recruitment, continuous employment, working hours and other working styles, percentage of female managers and diverse career paths) specified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and its Minister awards the certification to qualified companies. CTC satisfied all items to be evaluated and obtained the third level of accreditation, the highest level, as of September 1, 2017.

    Tokyo Sports Promotion Company

    The Tokyo Metropolitan Government selects and certifies companies that promote sports activities by their employees and social contribution activities in the field of sports as Tokyo Sports Promotion Companies. CTC has been certified in recognition of its initiatives to improve health literacy and strengthen connections with society.

    Sports Yell Company

    CTC’s efforts to encourage the use of holiday leave and fund-ing for participation in sports events that support disaster-affected areas, and its support for company sports clubs have been recognized for two con-secutive years.

    Good Career Company Award

    Japan's Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare presents "Good Career Company Awards" each year to companies that actively support the career development of employees. In fiscal 2019, CTC received a Grand Prize in the awards in recognition of its systems to support the independent and autonomous career development of employees according to each individual's abilities, aptitude, and willpower.

    Japan HR Challenge Awards (Prize for Excellence, Human Resource Development Category)

    In fiscal 2019, CTC received a Prize for Excellence in the Human Resources Development Category at the "9th Japan HR Challenge Awards." This award recognizes companies that actively engage in outstanding new initiatives in the human resource field. CTC was awarded for the first time for its results and attitudes in encouraging the empowerment of women in their career advancement.
