All waste generated from the CTC Group's business activities is appropriately sorted and recycled according to applicable laws and regulations. We are also making effort to reduce the amount of waste we produce.

Paper Usage

The CTC Group is engaged in reducing the amount of paper it uses, from advancing the digitalization of internal business forms to periodically communicating the actual amount of paper used within the company for copying and printing on a by-organization basis.

Note: The ubiquitization of telecommuting, expansion of digitalized business forms and other facts since FY2020 have advanced the shift to paperless operations.

Water usage

Data centers operated by the CTC Group are using water to cool their IT equipment. Those centers are working to reduce the volume of water they use through measures such as the introduction of rainwater recycling facilities and high-efficiency heat source equipment, as well as through the practical use of district heating and cooling systems and well water.
