SINGAPORE, 20th June 2013 - ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation (CTC) announced the launch of its new subsidiaries "CTC Global Pte. Ltd." in Singapore on 30th May and "CTC Global Sdn Bhd" in Malaysia on 28th May. The launch events were attended by over 130 customers and partners in Singapore and over 220 in Malaysia.
CTC Global Pte. Ltd., formerly known as CSC Automated Pte. Ltd. (CAPL) has been providing systems integration services serving enterprise customers with strong focus in the financials, manufacturing, and government sectors for over 40 years and has strong relationships with leading global IT vendors.
In March 2013, CTC and ITOCHU Corporation acquired CAPL and CSC ESI Sdn Bhd from US-based global IT services company, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) for USD90 million. CAPL was CSC's subsidiary in Singapore and CSC ESI Sdn Bhd was CSC's systems integration business unit in Malaysia. The acquisition is one of CTC's growth strategies to expand its operations globally.

CTC Global Sdn Bhd, formerly known CSC ESI Sdn Bhd, has been providing systems integration services to enterprise customers from the commercial and government sectors for over 40 years and has strong partnership with global leading IT vendors.
