President’s Message at the Welcoming Ceremony of New Employees

Congratulations on joining the company. I would like to welcome you on behalf of the CTC Group as you become members of the company.
The CTC Group seeks to make 2014 the year of improving on the current situation and maintaining a sharp edge to become a more rewarding company by proactively working on new technologies with a sense of speed.
You will live in the world of information technology, a world that is ever changing while at the same time creating changes in society. I would like you to be in touch with our most advanced technologies at all times and extend the stage for your activities overseas.

Today, I would like to talk about two expectations we have of you.

First, we would like you to become recognized professionals in the field of work to which we assign you. Your assignments will be decided by June. No matter where you are assigned, please learn in earnest from senior employees and study on your own. This is where your education truly begins. When you have become professionals recognized by both your peers and our customers, your path as working adults will become clear.
Second, when you come up against a wall, finding yourself in a difficult situation, please consult with senior employees rather than trying to worry about it on your own. A company is not a place for working in isolation; it is a place for teamwork, so please remember that it is important to be able to work as a team. Please consult with senior employees when you are in trouble with something and take the initiative to help others around you if you find them in need.
Taking on new challenges is part of CTC's DNA. At CTC, you will have many colleagues with whom you will be able to enjoy life. Please do not be scared or anxious, but immerse yourselves completely, so that you will make your time in the company fulfilling, as you will spend a great deal of time here.
All of you will be the driving force for the future growth of the CTC Group. It is important to keep challenging yourself for your own development. I hope you will create changes by maintaining a sharp edge, together with all of your colleagues.
