[Message from the New President & CEO] Bringing the CTC Group to the Next Stage

I became president and CEO on June 18, 2020.

Globally, we are experiencing very difficult times due to the COVID-19 coronavirus and the future remains uncertain. However, in accordance with the CTC’s mission of leveraging the potential of IT to change the future for the Global Good, we will be focusing on IT development and striving to develop our business to support society.

Fiscal year 2020 is the final fiscal year of our medium-term management plan, Opening New Horizons. Under the new management structure, we will maintain our growth strategy and make progress towards realizing the CTC Group Philosophy. In doing so, we are grateful for your continued guidance and encouragement.

Going forward, we will continue to cultivate businesses relating to digital transformation and 5G, to enhance services in response to an accelerating shift to the cloud and to expand global businesses mainly in North America and in Southeast Asia. In parallel with this, we will press ahead with the workstyle reforms that open the way for the many different ways of working that strengthen our management foundations. We will strive to continuously upgrade our service quality and contribute to customers and society.

Finally, I would like to express my sincerest condolences to all those who have lost a friend or loved one to the COVID-19 coronavirus and I extend my heartfelt sympathies to those suffering from or otherwise affected by COVID-19.
