ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Tatsushi Shingu, President and CEO; hereinafter "CTC") achieved Oracle Cloud Managed Services Provider (CMSP) status in Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) ,a cloud service for enterprises provided by Oracle Corporation Japan (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Toshimitsu Misawa, President/Executive Officer; hereinafter "Oracle").
With the status recognition, CTC began providing "CUVIC for Oracle Cloud", a managed service that supports deployment and operation of Oracle Cloud. We aim for sales of 1.5 billion yen within three years by offering this service to Oracle Cloud users.
Oracle Cloud Managed Services Provider (CMSP) status is awarded to partners with skills and expertise in building, deploying, and managing Oracle Cloud in the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN). CUVIC for Oracle Cloud is a managed service of CTC's longstanding operational best practices that meet Oracle's high standards and will be provided by expanding the service area to include Oracle Cloud. The service allows Oracle Cloud users to ensure stable operations and reduction of operational burdens by supporting integration of multiple cloud services including public clouds such as Oracle Cloud, and private clouds, as well as incident resolution.
For deployment, we take care of settings for tenant environments in addition to customer information and accounts required to use Oracle Cloud. When incidents occur, CTC specialists with extensive knowledge of Oracle products assist customers for resolution. Furthermore, we have set up a web portal and service desk for customers, and will provide outsourcing operation services requiring expertise as an optional service.
CTC will continue to expand CUVIC for Oracle Cloud services based on our strong relationship with Oracle and contribute to stable system operations of Oracle Cloud users.
