CTCSP to Start Offering “Smartsheet”, Enterprise Work Management Platform

CTCSP Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Katsuya Kami, President; hereinafter “CTCSP”), which offers IT-related equipment and software as one of the consolidated subsidiaries of ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation (hereinafter “CTC”), will begin offering “Smartsheet”, the enterprise work management platform by Smartsheet, Inc. (headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, USA; Mark Mader, CEO). Utilizing generative AI, this platform visualizes business processes, including workflow management in factories and construction sites, and supports project management. CTCSP will offer the platform mainly to digital transformation promotion divisions in the manufacturing, construction, and retail industries and aims to achieve sales of 500 million yen over the next three years.

There are many cases where multiple divisions and contractors are involved in product development of the manufacturing industry and large-scale construction projects of the construction industry, and their progresses are managed using different systems and formats. They are faced by challenges in sharing the latest information, tracking project status, and managing access privileges. Therefore, there is a growing need for a solution that enables efficient information sharing and progress tracking.

Smartsheet is a cloud-based enterprise work management platform featuring an intuitive spreadsheet interface, a variety of templates, dashboards displaying multiple graphs, progress input forms, and a commenting function. By consolidating different tools previously used for task management and spreadsheets by different divisions and contractors, Smartsheet enables seamless real-time progress tracking and information sharing, which enhances overall team productivity. Additionally, the platform is equipped with generative AI, allowing users to input prompts (instructions) for labor-saving of tasks such as data aggregation, graph creation, and task identification for each status.

Smartsheet offers a combination of "Core App" solutions, standard features for project management, task tracking, and Gantt chart creation, and "Premier App" solutions, six advanced features including advanced dashboard customization, complex workflow automation, and analysis function. Customers can flexibly tailor their usage based on specific business needs.
