StageCrew™, AIOps Cloud Service to launch in the U.S. Market

ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; Tatsushi Shingu, President and CEO) today announced the North American launch of StageCrew™, its proprietary cloud service that leverages AI to streamline IT development and operations. Through a licensing agreement with Thomas Gallaway Company, LLC dba Technologent (headquartered in California, USA; Tammy Cooper, CEO; hereinafter Technologent) ^*1, a U.S.-based leading IT solutions provider, and the service will be offered as a SaaS solution. This marks a strategic initiative for ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation to expand its proprietary cloud solution into the U.S. market. The service will primarily target organizations that embrace DevOps and SRE principles to balance system stability and performance with innovative service development, with the goal of securing 50 contracts over the next three years.

The increasing sophistication and complexity of IT systems has led many organizations to adopt a multitude of tools for system monitoring and visualization. However, this fragmented approach often consumes significant time and effort in cross-functional information gathering, analysis, and root cause identification. Furthermore, this over-reliance on a few key engineers poses a significant risk to the team's stability and long-term sustainability. Consequently, there is growing interest in AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations), a methodology that leverages AI to automate and optimize IT system operations. Particularly in the U.S., a global leader in the rapid development and adoption of cutting-edge technologies like AI, the challenge of managing complex systems is intensified by high talent mobility, presenting clear opportunity for AIOps to ensure operational continuity.

StageCrew™ is a Software-as-a-Service developed by ITOCHU Techno-Solutions Corporation to streamline IT operations through the practical application of AIOps. It provides centralized access to a wide range of resources, including development and operations tools, open-source software, and in-house tools. StageCrew™ employs multimodal AI models that analyze diverse data types, such as images and text, to automate tasks including anomaly detection and performance trend analysis. Additionally, by visualizing and standardizing incident response workflows, it helps prevent high dependency on individual expertise and improve response quality.

Technologent specializes in providing advanced enterprise solutions, including IT infrastructure implementation and management. The partnership builds on a collaboration that began in February 2025, aimed at expanding the IT solution business for both companies across the U.S. and Japanese market.

Technologent will leverage its cloud platform to provide StageCrew™ as a SaaS solution for the North American market. By offering a comprehensive range of services, from pre-deployment consulting to design, PoC, and post-deployment support, the company will deliver services tailored to the needs of North American companies. ITOCHU Techno-Solutions America, Inc., the U.S. subsidiary, will be supporting the development and maintenance of the platform for Technologent.

Furthermore, we are expanding its network of sales partners to strengthen our service delivery capabilities in Japan, and ANDGATE, Inc. and ForgeVision, Inc. have already started offering StageCrew™. In addition to serving as a reseller, ANDGATE has integrated StageCrew™ into its proprietary MSP offering, ANDGATE AIOps^*2.
