FY2026 CEO’s Welcome Message for New Employees

Congratulations to all of you on joining our company today.
We are truly delighted to welcome 372 new colleagues to CTC.

There is a phrase I would like all new employees to keep firmly in mind as you begin your careers.
It is the CTC Group’s corporate philosophy: “Challenging Tomorrow’s Changes.”
This phrase expresses our strong belief that, in an era of rapid changes, we should not simply wait for future changes to occur. Instead, we must create changes by taking on challenges ourselves to open up the future.

Today, the IT industry is undergoing an unprecedented period of transformation driven by the rapid evolution of AI.
Long‑established common practices and norms and business models are being fundamentally reshaped, while the values expected of us and the speed at which we must deliver them are increasing dramatically.

There is no single correct answer in the world of IT.
That is precisely why only those who step forward to take on challenges can create new values—and, as a result, bring meaningful changes to society and to our customers.
“Challenging Tomorrow’s Changes” clearly expresses the actions we expect every one of you to take.

There is one more important point I want to make clear.
Failure is an inevitable part of taking on challenges.
However, failures that result from bold and sincere efforts should never be viewed negatively.
Rather, they provide opportunities for the next challenge and valuable experiences.
If a failure is the result of your sincere efforts to take on challenges, CTC, as a whole, will stand by you to offer unwavering support.

So please take on challenges without fear of failure.
Not taking on challenges is, in fact, the greatest loss of opportunities.
Challenges taken on by each and every one of you shape the future, and the accumulation of those efforts leads to major changes.
All of you here today are expected to play a central role in making such changes.

As you progress in your careers, there will be times when you feel uncertain or face obstacles.
But these moments are proof that you are challenging yourself.
Please do not place limits on your own potential, and continue moving forward together with your colleagues.

The challenges undertaken by each of the 372 new employees will create the future of CTC.
Let us open up that future together.
